I started to leave but stayed to prove her wrong that he was trained and he never moved!!! She asked me what kind of service dog he is and she is not legally allowed to do that. The entire place did NOT need to hear what was going on. She could of handled that in a way better manner. She finally left us only but she TOTALLY ruined our celebration. I told her in 3 years she’s the only person that has ever had an issue with him. Then a little bit later she came back and stated that trained service dogs don’t use bags they lay on the floor at your feet. I put his bag in the floor and he stayed right there. The whole restaurant is looking because she is so loud. That’s where all service dogs had to be and he had to be trained enough to do that or he wasn’t really a trained service dog and he couldn’t be there. The manager came out and very loudly, unprofessionally, and rudely told me he had to be in the floor by my feet or he had to leave. The Black Cow Hours Of Operation: Monday-Thursday: 11am-9pm. Orders through Toast are commission free and go directly to this restaurant. Also, because of what I need him for he usually sits right beside of me. He sits in a bag instead of just laying in the floor. He is trained a little different because he is small.
